Refund & Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To Be Eligible:

  • Report the issue within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of any damages or concerns.

  • Include proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, or payment method).

To start the process, email us at info@samacakery.com. If needed, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@samacakery.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom cake toppers

  • Personalized cake accessories

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
