At Sama Cakery, we take great care to ensure your baked goods arrive fresh and on time for your special event. Please review our shipping policy below:

Required Event Date

All orders must include a "last receivable date" to ensure your treats are ready and/or arrive fresh by your event. We use this date to schedule baking and shipping accordingly.

U.S. Domestic Orders

  • Cookies are baked within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Once baked, they are shipped via Priority Shipping, typically arriving within 2–3 business days.

  • Cakes cannot be shipped at this time. Cakes are available for local pickup or delivery only.

Shipping to Canada

  • Cookies are baked within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping to Canada typically takes 10–18 business days for delivery.

  • A shipping surcharge of $30–$90 USD will be applied depending on order size and destination.

  • Cakes cannot be shipped to Canada.

International Shipping (Outside U.S. & Canada)

  • Cookies are baked within 1–3 business days.

  • International shipping typically takes 10–20 business days.

  • A minimum shipping charge of $90 USD applies. Final costs vary by destination and order size.

  • Cakes cannot be shipped internationally.

Damaged Shipments

If your package or its contents arrive damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage immediately upon receipt.

  2. Report the issue within 24-36 hours by contacting us at info@samacakery.com.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
